To all Lot Owners: a letter and payment election form for the road improvement and paving project has been mailed today, 06/26/09. Please respond before July 8, 2009. Anyone interested in contacting Higo Weed Busters to spray weeds on your individual lot when they are in the Dakota Ridge neighborhood to spray common areas should contact them as soon as possible by calling 970-723-4588. They will be in the area in the next week to two weeks.

Also, contact information for Colorado Mosquito Control,Inc. for spraying on your individual lot is 303-558-8730. They will be spraying the common areas on May 26th.
